I transitioned from teaching to building a business with my wife, where I found my true calling as a mentor. Managing a team is challenging, but I am learning that being a mentor means offering my experience to inspire and reinforce the next steps. Life can take us on unexpected paths, but if we remain open-minded, we can find fulfillment in our work.
